I live in the Caribbean, where hurricanes are natural. It has been suggested however that over time, these hurricanes will become larger and more frequent. Learning to live with devastating natural disasters has become a reality for most of us on the planet now. We must learn to change our behaviors if we are to slow down Global Warming.

Because of my current life state and travels, it has taken longer then expected. My own life has been a trial and error of this topic. My focus is health first and foremost.
